Retailer Exclusive Covers
Approved retailers can work with Inkverse Press to create exclusive covers for select titles. Retailer exclusives may include traditional trade-dress covers, virgin variants, specialty treatments, limited 1/1 editions, and other options depending on the project. Retailers may commission their own artist, subject to Inkverse Press approval. All concepts, artists, sketches when requested, and final artwork must be approved before production.
Human-Created Artwork Only
Inkverse Press supports human artists and creators. Generative-AI artwork is not accepted for retailer-exclusive covers. Retailers are responsible for ensuring that artwork commissioned for an Inkverse Press exclusive is original, properly authorized, and complies with our Retailer Exclusive Program requirements. Artwork & Intellectual Property Artwork approved for a retailer exclusive is authorized for the specific retailer-exclusive comic covered by the agreement. Use of the artwork or Inkverse Press intellectual property for merchandise, art books, additional publications, or other products requires separate written approval from Inkverse Press.
